As files and folders are added, created, and deleted from a hard drive, they tend to get fragmented; that is, they end up in pieces spread out all over the drive. This causes slow performance, because the hard drive heads have to move allover the drive just to read one file.We are able to put all fragments back together in order on the disk and increase performance. A badly fragmented drive could take hours to defragment. It is best to run Defrag in Safe Mode, or at least shut off all screen savers and other programs, including those in the system tray. At the same time we run Windows update and see if the pc has conflicts with the new defragmented hard drive.Very often Windows XP and Vista sends scaring messages to clean up some of the space in your hard drive. Our programs examines your hard drive for issues and fix the hard drive clogging. In fact, when you save a new file, Windows record its information onto the hard drive in small pieces called blocks. On a new pc, Windows lays the blocks end to end on the hard drive surface. Later, when you type more data into a document, the file no longer fits in the same space. So, you never notice these happenings, but your files are getting shrunk in this way, since they open promptly and seamlessly. Our company has the solution to rejuvenate your hard drive: contact us to find out more.
